Martini Fiero

Martini Fiero is one of the contemporary expressions from the historic house of Martini & Rossi, a benchmark in the production of Italian vermouths since the 19th century.

Designed to capture the vibrant character of Mediterranean citrus fruits, Fiero is crafted from carefully selected white wine and an infusion of fruits such as blood oranges, pink grapefruit, and orange peel.

The recipe integrates these botanical ingredients through maceration, without the addition of artificial colorants, giving the vermouth its natural reddish hue.

With an alcohol content of 14.9%, the aromatic profile is intense and fresh, dominated by notes of ripe orange, floral nuances, and a slightly bitter undertone.

On the palate, it offers a juicy and balanced entry, with moderate bitterness and a light texture that enhances the integration of alcohol and the persistence of citrus flavors on the finish.

Martini Fiero is especially expressive when served neat over ice or in simple combinations, such as the classic Fiero & Tonic in a large, well-chilled glass, where freshness and bitterness are highlighted without losing definition.
